Otis, a direct to consumer pet goods company, needs to differentiate itself from the big box competitors where most people purchase their pet goods from.
In order to differentiate itself Otis will compete on quality rather than price. To communicate this artisan experience I utilized Archer to add warmth and hand modified Marvin paired with a loose illustration style to add fun character to the brand. Delivering product straight to the consumer is another differentiation, in order to execute this a strong e-commerce experience was created.
